    We have carried out calibration & recertification projects for several customers of which some are running contracts. A list of some recent projects are captured below.

    • AMNI Petroluem Ltd | Armada Perkasa FPSO | 2016 till date: Onshore inspection, calibration and recertification of safety valves (PSVs) for Armada Perkasa FPSO
    • AMNI Petroluem Ltd | Port Harcourt Base facility | 2010: Calibration and recertification of Turbine MC-11 and flow meter analyzers
    • Energia Nigeria Ltd | Ebendo- Kwale | 2016 till date: Calibration and recertification of Turbine metering, instrument & control equipment at Ebendo Flowstation.
    • Chevron Nigeria Ltd | Escravos, Pennington, Funiwa, Jisike, Bonny & Robertkiri location | 2016 - 2018: 2 year contract for annual calibration and recertification of 30" bi-directional prover loop, linearity, autosampler and other ancillary instruments.
    • Expro Nigeria Ltd | Port Harcourt | 2016 till date: Calibration and recertification of instruments- pressure guages, chart recorders, PSVs, torque wrenches, multimeters etc.
    • SEPLAT | Sapele & Oben Flowstation | 2014 till date: Baron meter recertification project at Oben, Sapele, Amukpe and Jesike stations.
    • Eleme Petrochemical | Port Harcourt Base | 2014: Indorama tank calibration & certification. Calibration, servicing, refurbishment and recertification of PSV for Turn Around Maintenance.

    Testing & Maintenance Projects

    We have carried out testing & maintenance projects for several clients. A list of some recent projects are captured below.

    • ADDAX/ Ellatech | Izombe Flowstation | 2013: Calibration, servicing and maintenance of PSV at Izome Flowstation.
    • Ariboil/Energia Services | Kwale Flowstation | 2013 till date: Pressure testing, hydrotesting, UT calibration & fitness for service of pertroluem storage tanks at Kwale Flowstation.
    • Nigerian Gas Company | Ikot Abasi & Afam metering station | 2013: Repair and testing of condensate pump for Afam metering station.
    • Exterran Nigeria Ltd | Izombe/Otumara Flowstation | 2014 till date: Repairs and recertification of pressure safety valves, ball valves and fuel gas PSV.
    • First Hydrocarbon Nigeria | Ogini Field | 2013 till date: Repair and maintenance of Ogini Flowstation meters. JISKOOT autosampler, transmitter/cable tray installation. Site Acceptance Test and commissioning of prover loop at Eriemu field.

    • NPDC | Batan & Odidi Flowstation | 2014 till date: Engineering, procurement, construction, fabrification amd modifcation to flowstation interim metering project at OML 40 & 42.
    • AGIP | AGIP Helipad base, Port Harcourt | 2010 till date: Procurement, installation of dispensing unit and control valve at AGIP Helipad base.
    • BW Offshore | Abo FPSO & FPSO Sendje barge | 2014 till date: Deluge system fabrification and installation at Abo FPSO.
    • First Hydrocarbon Nigeria | Ogini Field | 2013 till date: Procurement of materials for new instrument air piping line.

  • Training & Manpower Supply
    Training & Manpower Supply roles

    Some of our training and manpower supply projects are listed below.

    • Ocean Marine | Port Harcourt | 2015: Training of personnel on instrumentation and calibration.
    • BW Offshore | Abo FPSO & FPSO Sendje barge | 2014 till date: Call-off contract for manpower supply for mechnical fitters and electrical technicians.
    • First Hydrocarbon Nigeria | Ogini Field | 2013 till date: Operational manning project of the LACT unit at Eriemu.
